Can I choose who helps me?
Often, yes. When a boutique assigns stylists to its open times, you can pick who you'd like when you book. Otherwise the boutique matches you with someone.
What if my plans change?
You can cancel from the app up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, contact the boutique directly.
Can I talk to my stylist before my visit?
Yes. Every appointment has its own message thread, so you can share your sizes, the looks you like, or what the occasion is.
My favorite boutique isn't listed. What can I do?
